Our charges

£25 is our standard call out charge which covers the first hour of labour/diagnosis only. We will diagnose and give you an inclusive quote for any work required.If you decide to go ahead with our quotation then the £25 call out charge will not be levied.

Terms and Conditions

• We will make all reasonable efforts to repair your product, subject to the availability of any parts required.Should any further issues arise during the repair process you will be notified accordingly of any additional costs and for your agreement to carry out the additional repairs. If any further problems arise and it is deemed that pcrepairman is liable then we will repair these problems at no additional costs.
• We will notify you when your product has been repaired. If you refuse to accept redelivery of the repaired product within a reasonable period of time after our notification to you that we have completed the repair we may dispose of the product. Any sum obtained on disposal will be used to meet any unpaid estimate or repair charges.
• We are not responsible for your data or applications. Please ensure you have backups before handing over your product for repair/upgrade.
• Should a service require your product to be reformatted to factory settings, we will not be held responsible for any data lost.
• You are authorising us to accept software end-user licence agreements on your behalf as necessary to complete the repair; to this end we will use the personal information you have provided to us in connection with this service.
  
• We will agree with you upon collection of your product the price of the repair for the fault diagnosed and the timescale involved in repairing your product.
• Our repair work is guaranteed for 3 months from the date the product is returned to you.
• The 3 month guarantee only covers the repairs as listed in the original quotation. If further issues arise that are not related to the original repair then pcrepairman will not be held liable.
• Screen replacements are not covered by our 3 month guarantee.
• Free collection and delivery is within a specified area from our base. This area is a 5 mile radius of GU14 8TD. Further charges may apply if you fall outside of this radius.
• 12 month guarantee on new build computers covers the components only. Any modifications to the components and/or the operating system installed at the time of purchase will void this warranty.
• Any quotation for repair work given other than in person are estimates only. The quotation could be increased or decreased dependant on physical diagnosis. Pcrepairman will attempt to give an accurate quotation dependant on the information given if not in person
